For Buyers

Use the search bar at the top of any page or navigate to the Advanced Search page. You can filter by game, set, rarity, condition, price range, and more.

Cart optimization helps you find the best combination of sellers to minimize your total cost (including shipping) or reduce the number of packages. Choose from three strategies: Best Price, Fewest Packages, or Balanced.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Shipping times vary by seller and location. Most orders within Canada arrive within 5-10 business days. Each seller will provide tracking information once your order ships.

Contact us immediately through our support system. We offer buyer protection and will work with the seller to resolve any issues. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

For Sellers

Visit our Become a Seller page to learn more and sign up. You'll need to create an account, verify your identity, and set up payment information.

TCG Store charges a 10.5% marketplace fee on item sales (not including shipping). This fee covers payment processing, buyer protection, and platform maintenance.

Payments are processed weekly to your registered bank account. You can view your earnings and request payouts through the Seller Portal.

Yes! We support bulk inventory management through our Seller Portal. You can also use automated pricing rules to keep your prices competitive.
