Getting Started

Visit the registration page, create an account, and select "I want to sell" during signup. You'll need to provide business information and verify your identity through our secure process.

You'll need valid government-issued ID and proof of bank account ownership. Business sellers may need additional business registration documents.

Both individuals and businesses can sell on TCG Store. You don't need to be a registered business to start selling your collection.

Listing & Inventory Management

Navigate to Seller Portal → My Inventory → Add Inventory. Search for the card, select its variant and condition, enter quantity and price. You can also bulk upload via CSV file.

Yes! Use our bulk upload tool to import hundreds or thousands of cards at once via CSV file. Templates and instructions are available in the Seller Portal.

Use the Bulk Pricing tool in your Seller Portal. You can adjust prices by percentage or fixed amount across selected cards, games, or sets.

We support Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), Heavily Played (HP), and Damaged (DMG) conditions. Be honest in your grading to maintain good seller ratings.

Pricing & Fees

TCG Store charges 10.5% on the item price only (shipping charges are not included). There are no listing fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges.

We provide market price data for each card. You can use our automated pricing rules to stay competitive, or set your own prices. Consider condition, market demand, and competing listings.

You control your prices. You can run sales by adjusting prices on specific items. Platform-wide promotion features are coming soon.

Orders & Fulfillment

You'll receive an email notification immediately when you receive an order. You can also check your Seller Portal → Orders to Fulfill for all pending orders.

Orders should be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Delayed shipping can affect your seller rating.

Buyers pay a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout. You receive this amount in addition to the item price to cover your actual shipping costs.

We recommend Canada Post or other reputable carriers. Always use tracking numbers and ship in protective packaging (toploaders, sleeves, and rigid mailers).

Work directly with the buyer to resolve issues. If needed, TCG Store support can mediate disputes. Always communicate professionally and try to find a fair resolution.

Payments & Payouts

Payouts are processed weekly on Mondays. Funds from orders delivered more than 7 days ago are available for payout. You can request payouts through the Seller Portal → Earnings.

The minimum payout is $10 CAD. Earnings below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is reached.

View real-time earnings in Seller Portal → Earnings. See total sales, marketplace fees deducted, available balance, and payout history.
