Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TCG Store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TCG Store ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Buying and Selling

3.1 For Buyers

• All purchases are subject to acceptance by the seller
• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• You agree to pay all charges incurred
• Shipping times and costs vary by seller

3.2 For Sellers

• You must accurately describe all items listed
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• TCG Store charges a 10.5% marketplace fee on item sales
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You grant TCG Store permission to display your listings

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Sell counterfeit or stolen items
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. Payment and Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment processor. TCG Store is not responsible for any third-party payment processing fees. Seller fees are deducted from each transaction as specified in the fee schedule.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for shipping items to buyers in a timely manner. TCG Store is not responsible for shipping delays, lost items, or damaged items during transit, though we will assist in resolving disputes.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive an item that is not as described or is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. TCG Store may facilitate refunds or returns at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TCG Store, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TCG Store or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TCG Store does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TCG Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCG Store from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

TCG Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which TCG Store operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian arbitration rules.
